Steps to reproduce:
Just enabled spellcheck on text-boxes and selected English USA/UK and Portuguese (Portugal).
Using flatpak Firefox from Mozilla from flathub, it comes with Portuguese (Portugal) and English (US) idioms on settings by default only, on add-ons comes with Portuguese (Portugal) and Brazilian, I removed this last one.
This is a recurring problem already for a while, did a clean install and used Firefox sync and it is already the same.
Actual results:
It will select a different English region (Malaui) in this case, eventually.
Expected results:
The spellcheck should not change dictionary without intervention.

How to reproduce:
1 - Download and install fedora silverblue 40 with Portuguese (Portugal) as the only keyboard setting and system language.
2 - Install Firefox from flathub.
3- Try enabling spellcheck on fields as described in the bug report.
