The android startup script was created haphazardly and has become a bit disorganized with the merge from a standalone script to mozperftest and with the recent move to the mono-repo, the script has become chaotic and needs re-writing to be more streamlined.

When this test was added it was added as a layer, which is not what should have been done
This patch reformats the test so it runs in a way similar to the android_startup_videoapplink is run, as a custom script

It was found out the test name in the cvne file was mis-spelled, fixing the typo causes a new test to be created, if this hapenned we would miss alerts generated
To fix this we will run 2 test in paralle so we can get 2 weeks of data, and then delete the old test after a few weeks
