There are two calendar import flows, and the one with tests is not the one that would get used most. In this bug I'll change the tests so that they work with about:import, and remove calendar-ics-file-dialog.xhtml.

Some of the functionality of calendar-ics-file-dialog.xhtml wasn't available in about:import, so I
copied it over. Some I decided wasn't that important, despite thinking so when I first wrote it.
