I've seen this at least twice when using Google Meet in Firefox.

I profiled with instruments because Firefox becomes unresponsive.

I'm seeing the time being spent under:
-[PTHandGestureDetector initWithFrameSize:asyncInitQueue:externalHandDetectionsEnabled:]_block_invoke
