We should have support for this api, but maybe something is broken on Windows.

I didn't find this failure in today's central as early beta simulation, latest log from a green job here.
The last time that I've found this occurring was in the simulation from June 5th.
Could this be fixed somehow?
Can someone please take a look at this?
