We may want to use the moz-fieldset component for the Extensions section of the Sidebar Settings. This would provide a consistent layout with the other sections, however it may not make the most sense semantically, some investigation will be required
The Extensions section will have a list of links to manage extensions in about:addons, they should likely be represented as an unordered list to assistive technologies

Not going to move ahead with using a fieldset here, it seems to show up to VO properly and the styling matches
