Steps to reproduce:

YouTube video in 4k has freezes and there are Buffer Health shows over >=18 seconds

Actual results:

Sometimes the video has dropper frames and sometimes justs freezing

Expected results:

at 6:63 the video just stopped and only the audio was working.
at 10.06 the video image is working fine again.
at 11 the video was freeze and buffering where there says the Buffer Health is ok and good to play.
at 31.70 is loaded again.

Not sure what GC Major or GC is doing, it is removing the video buffer?

I can go back before the image stuck and is repeating again.

I try an older version of firefox 115.12.0esr (64-bit), seams the same.
