Steps to reproduce:
I went to valent.io and it said Firefox is an unsupported browser. I want Firefox to have all the features needed to have valent.io work. I could click "continue with unsupported browser," but some stuff still might not work. What if I try sending an email to my doctor and it doesn't go through? I use valent.io for my doctor.
Actual results:
Nothing.
Expected results:
It should have worked.

Verified this issue and could not reproduce it on Firefox Nightly
If the reporter can confirm that the issue reproduces in a new profile, we will gladly re-open the issue.

Hello. The link that you used to test works on my Firefox browser, but my doctor's valent.io page still does not work. I tested my doctor's webpage on a new profile, but it does not work. I cannot provide the link to my doctor's page because that is confidential. I hope this helps.

It seems like this is an issue related to MYIO. If you look at my screenshot, it says "MYIO works seamlessly on Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Our preferred browser in Google Chrome."
