Environment:
Browser / Version: [e.g. Firefox Nightly 97.0a1 (2021-12-29)]
Operating System: [e.g. Windows 10 Pro]
Prerequisites:
[Anything we need to set up before reproducing the issue]
Steps to Reproduce:
Go on https://www.20minutes.fr/services/jeux/mots-fleches with ETP - Standard enabled.
Expected Behavior:
"Mots fléchés" game should be loading and you should be able to play.
Actual Behavior:
"Mots fléchés" game is not loading, since user need to accept a purpose on our CMP (analytics purpose) and ETP is blocking access to our CMP.
Notes:
CMP is required for French website (GDPR laws). On 20minutes.fr website, it can be found under "Choix de consentement", on our footer. Some services, like games needs user consent to work. Since user cannot give consent with ETP enabled, games are not working.

Thanks for the report! I've just tested this on Nightly and Firefox release and I can see the cookie banner. After accepting the cookie banner the game loads just fine.
ETP strict on Nightly seems to block the cookie banner and also the game.
A few questions:
- Are you sure you're on ETP "standard" and not ETP "strict"?
- Are you using normal or private browsing? In private browsing we apply ETP "strict" level protections.
- Which version of Firefox are you using?
Thanks!
Hello and thanks for the update.
You are indeed right, I only encounter this issue with ETP strict enabled (on normal and private browsing), which is blocking the cookie banner (and the game).
I'm using the version 126.0 of Firefox.
The only option i can see is for our website to display a warning message and explain users how to play if they have ETP strict enabled on Firefox, since the cookie banner is mandatory for the game to work.
Thanks !

Thanks for confirming!
We're currently seeing an increased amount of bug reports from blocking CMP libraries. I'll discuss this with the team to see if this is actionable from our side.
