Test takes 23s on my computer. We have tests taking longer that don't timeout.

This is one intermittent failure in --verify. The message where it fails is weird, because it is after the test completes: /toolkit/components/antitracking/bouncetrackingprotection/test/browser/browser_bouncetracking_initialize.js:66. There is nothing that is waited on after that.
