1898290 - mach build hangs after "Packaging [e-mail]..."

STR:

1. run ./mach build

Very often the build hangs after:

12:51.24 Packaging [e-mail]...
12:51.33 Packaging [e-mail]...

If I stop it and run it again, then it runs to completion.

My central is from May 17, in case there's been a recent change fixing this.
I'm on Linux debian.

How can I help debug this?

I recall :whimboo saw this recently, but never had a follow up on it.

I think it just takes a really long time to finish, but will finish.

If you can reproduce it after a clobber, can you run ./mach build -v and upload the full log here? (./mach build -v 2>&1 | tee build.log)

And after it finishes, can you run ./mach resource-usage and download the profile, then upload that profile here too?

I tried several times this morning with different ways, but couldn't reproduce so far. This is frustrating because this was happening a lot to me in the past days.
I'll continue running my builds this way and report if I see something. But I don't work a lot of Gecko so I don't build regularly either, I just happened to do some gecko work in these past days... Therefore I'm removing the NI for now.
