Low frame rate, respectable graphics card w/av1 hardware decoding support.

Even though about:support reflects av1 hardware support, Paul tells me I'm not getting it.
because it's very clear in the log: (PlatformDecoderModule) WMFDecoderModule::CreateVideoDecoder failed for manager with description wmf AV1 codec software video decoder - no DXVA, nv12 with result: NS_ERROR_DOM_MEDIA_FATAL_ERR (0x806e0005) - MediaResult __cdecl mozilla::WMFVideoMFTManager::InitInternal(void): Use VP8/VP9/AV1 MFT only if HW acceleration is available.

I've installed a newer gfx card and the performance has improved quite a bit. Probably just slowness related to 8K video and software decoding.
Nothing new? I thought reading https://www.neowin.net/news/mozilla-fixes-youtube-playback-issues-in-firefox/ that would possibly mean issue have been fixed but no.
