Observe in video how the pocket icon is cut off and the button is no longer visible. This also affects the standalone navbar. The content should scroll above this.

Before, the microsurvey prompt was overlaying the "Customize homepage"
button from home screen.
Now it was adjusted so the button will be visible for the user.
