want to force a linefeed in tooltip-text. Char 10 (&#10) is shown as a normal
character in the same line :-( IE does make a linefeed!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. <a href="#" TITLE='That is the first line.&#10That should be the second
line!'>Test</a>


Actual Results:  
Look at tooltip ... no linefeed :-(

Expected Results:  
do a linefeed in tooptip!
Dupe of bug 45375 I guess. Tooltips newer wrap.
I would suggest bug 47078 for a good read about newlines in attributes, and also
as a duplicate for this bug.  Also see bug 67127.
