He says "为了保证在使用过程中获得最佳的用户体验，建议你使用 Chrome 浏览器、QQ 浏览器或搜狗浏览器最新版。" on my Firefox, however it works pertty well.

jelly.jd.com hasn't been responding for at least a week now, so I wonder if it's defunct? I'll leave the intervention in place until we can confirm if that's indeed the case, since there is no real harm in keeping it for now.
