Environment:
Operating system: Windows 10
Firefox version: Firefox 126.0/ Firefox 128.0a1

Preconditions:
ETP set to STRICT

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to: https://help.ea.com/en/help-my-cases/
  2. Perform account login and follow the steps to trigger a chat session
  3. Once the chat request is successfully received, observe the result
  4. Click on the "

Expected Behavior:
The chat window is triggered

Actual Behavior:
The chat window never appears

Notes:

  • Reproduces in ETP Strict Mode only
  • Reproduces in Firefox Nightly, Firefox Release
  • Does not reproduce in Chrome
