I'm one of the pt-BR Language Pack mantainers.
When we tried to install pt-BR.xpi language pack as root, the jar files under
chrome was defines as 0400 instead of the expected 0644. Is necessary redefine
those permissions manually for non-root users.
Is anything wrong on the xpi package or is a Mozilla problem??
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login as root
2.Install pt-BR Language Pack
3.Look the permissions
Actual Results:
The founded permissions is 0400 (or 0600, i'm not sure).
Expected Results:
A minimun of 0444.
same problem as in bug 189905?
