Cannot replicate, but this would be pretty severe if it's still happening.

Severity: -- → S2

I could not replicate with the example PDP either. Before the US rollout, it would be good to determine how many users are affected, how many pages are affected, and whether the issue is intermittent or if affected PDPs are perma-broken for affected users. If this is a small number of users or pages, or if the issue can be resolved by reloading the page, then that might downgrade the severity.

I also can not replicate. It would be helpful to know under what circumstances this error message displays in Firefox.

Are you able to reproduce this still, Bruce?

If so, can you look at what shows up in the browser toolbox's network log at this point (can filter for fastly to only get related results) ?

This indicates the server's JSON response contains an error property. Does that help?

When I go to that link now I can't replicate either. Perhaps it updated after I requested but didn't return the results to me. Poking around on other PDPs with outdated data I don't get any errors. I was wondering if any of this telemetry helps us understand how often this happens. As it is it seems like a rare event.

Thank you, @Gijs. I did some searching through our log systems and could not find any errors for the endpoints supporting Review Checker on 2024-05-29. @Bruce can you confirm the time frame I used is correct?

That date is correct, Joe.

Without more information we're sort of stuck here - we can reopen if more info becomes available that allows us to dig deeper (e.g. someone else reproducing)

Going to put a P2 on this for reasons of -

• Breaks core functionality
• Doesn't appear to be showing up among the group in this comment for the moment.
• Go forward plan would be to reopen if surfaced again and we get indication of a high degree of incidence

Priority: -- → P2
