1899810 - Correct search engine ids for MercadoLibre Argentina and Wiktionary (oc)

Whilst working on the mobile integration of search engines into search-config-v2, I noticed that we had accidentally changed the ids for MercadoLibre Argentina and Wiktionary (oc):

• MercadoLibre Argentina has mercadolibre rather than mercadolibre-ar
• Wiktionary (oc) has wiktionary rather than wiktionary-oc

This may cause users to loose their default search engine when they are switched over to the new search configuration - however, there's a very small amount of users with those as default engines. The other effect is that we would report the default search engine telemetry against the incorrect identifier.

We're going to ship a quick update to remote settings that will fix this for those users, before rolling the new search configuration out further.

This is now on staging, please could QA test?

Scenarios to check are mainly old search config -> new search config. MercadoLibre Argentina is the es-AR locale, Wiktionary (oc) is the oc locale.

QA has tested the changes around es-AR and oc locales with results here.

What's to note is that for the scenarios in which there are users that already have v2 enabled with either mercadolibre or wiktionary as default, once RS updates kick in, they will be in the same scenario as the original v1->v2 one, where the default engines will reset to google (due to the update of mercadolibre to mercadolibre-ar or wiktionary to wiktionary-oc), but we dropped these scenarios since they seemed obvious and expected.

From QA point of view, this is ready for prod.

I checked reporting and we only have one user with mercadolibre on v2 but a larger number still on mercadolibre-ar without search-config-v2 enabled. So I think it is better to get this published sooner before we affect the rest of those users.

For wiktionary there's no users reporting with it set as default, so there should be no/or very small amount of adverse effects.
