I updated this morning to hg revision 691601156e52d3f8b6f035ff6e02eb1575d3a385 (from a revision not too much older) and ran mach build, and got this error message:

0:01.15 make[4]: *** No rule to make target `.../third_party/aom/av1/encoder/arm/neon/av1_error_neon.c', needed by `av1_error_neon.o'.  Stop.

I'm on macOS aarch64. A clobber fixed it.
