Steps to reproduce:

Mozilla/5.0 (Android 14; Mobile; rv:126.0) Gecko/126.0 Firefox/126.0

1. Visit any long enough webpage
2. Scroll very slowly

Actual results:

The whole page will slightly jitter/jump up and down. This behavior seems to happen more often when hiding/revealing the search bar during scrolling.

Expected results:

Smooth scrolling

I saw that bug report but wasn't encountering the exact problem that was shown in attached videos or similar behavior to what was described in the comments. Behaviors such as large jumps as in "Record_2023-06-30-23-44-11.mp4 " I'm not getting and I also am not getting any jumps on fast scrolls or small scrolls. This is also happening on every single page where you can scroll and not just on specific pages.

I would agree, I just tried disabling the "Scroll to hide toolbar" and that solved all the problems.
