Steps to reproduce:

I opened less than 15 tabs and the mozilla is using a lot of memory, so the tabs keep crashing

Actual results:

I tried to go to about:memory to minimize memory usage but it still is using 85% of my 16Gb memory

Expected results:

the tabs should not crash.
