If I set up a simple filter 
where body contains Toll Free
move to folder Trash on local folders

the mail gets deleted....

Ive seen this happen on My previouse mozilla 1.0 so iupgraded to 1.2.1
one f 2 things happen
the mail gets deleted or
the filter gets ignored

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create simple filter
2. send myself a test mail
3.see where the mail ends up

Actual Results:  
the mail gets deleted or
the filter gets ignored

Expected Results:  
should be placed in the expected folder
