Preconditions:
ETP set to Strict

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13507329/michigan-suv-airborne-highway-crash-accident.html#comments-13507329
   2.Accept/dismiss the cookie banner.
2. Observe the behavior.

Expected Behavior:
The comment sections loads.

Actual Behavior:
The comment section does not load.

Notes:

• Reproduces in ETP Strict Mode only
• Reproduces in Firefox Nightly, Firefox Release
• Does not reproduce in Chrome

Moving to S4 as this bug does not fulfill the criteria for an exception in private browsing mode or ETP-Strict. This will likely be fixed with a shim.
