Steps to reproduce:

I tried to watch a video on youtube with the playback resolution set to 4K

Actual results:

Video plays for a bit before buffering forever. Also seems to skip a couple of seconds of the video when it first starts playback. Profile of what happened: https://share.firefox.dev/3Xh2oXh

Expected results:

Video should play smoothly without any hiccup. That was the case before with similar/same videos
