1. click a Zoom meeting link in an application like Google Calendar
   2a. with Safari as default browser: you see Safari for a second and then Zoom opens
   2b. with Firefox as default browser: Firefox opens, you have to click "Launch Meeting", and then click "Open this link in external app? zoomus://<long URL>"
