1902054 - Update bookmark saved snackbar to hint at save location

After Bug 1902053, bookmarks should be saved into the folder that was most recently used to save another bookmark. Update the copy in the snackbar that is displayed when a bookmark is saved from the toolbar menu to reflect which folder it was saved in to.
