Reassigning this bug to Titouan. He is working on the new Webcompat Reporter and will add the "Report broken site" menu item to the new menu.

Gabriel will add this menu item and link to the webcompat website, not the new native webcompat reporter. The webcompat reporter team will need to change this menu item to open the native webcompat reporter (in Bug 1920539).

Confirm that the item is successfully displayed in Tools Sub-menu, but it appears as "Report Site Issue..." instead of "Report broken site..." (this issue will be fixed by Bug 1919538). Tested on Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra (Android 14) and Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 (Android 14).
Considering that the naming issue si tracked separately I will mark this bug as Verified.
