Wallpapers are available for me in Firefox 128 (en-US) and can be selected in the "Personalize new tab" panel.

The updated article is showing the new Wallpapers section for all Firefox versions. I tried making Wallpapers only show for fx128 and above but ran into a display issue after approval. I have another revision pending review that looks good in preview. Lucas, can you review? See https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/customize-items-on-firefox-new-tab-page/history

P.S. We may not need to show pre-fx128 content much longer, since the last Fx115esr version 115.15 was released today, along with the new 128.2 esr. Firefox 128.0 esr was released 2024-07-09 and we only need to support previous versions for 12 weeks from that date (ref.)

I don't see Wallpapers option in Firefox 128 esr. I found bug 1910776 showing that the preference to enable this feature wasn't turned on until Firefox 130 release.

Related preference: browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.newtabWallpapers.v2.enabled
If I set this preference to true in Firefox 128esr, Wallpapers are available in the New Tab options.

Lucas, I have an update pending to the Customize your wallpapers article (which was split off as a new article) to add [[Template:progressiverollout]] to the top of the article {for =fx128, =fx129} ... since the feature may not be available to all fx128 and fx129 users.
