I've managed to create an account but I'm still unable to test the video conference, it requires a valid appointment.
Note: there's an audio and video test in the account settings and works as expected, same as on Chrome

Mass-assigning diagnosis-team to webcompat for "Firefox is not supported" bugs that don't already have a team assigned. This action is done by a script. For your convenience, feel free to filter your bugmail with 559a9604-41ec-11f0-9ec6-f3f21dcd7cf2.

Since we don't have any real way of confirming if this is still an issue, I've pinged the original reporter on webcompat.com to see if they can confirm for us.

The original reporter no longer has access to the site, so we're stuck here until somebody who does have access can confirm whether this is still a problem.
