Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://ibkrcampus.com/ibkr-api-page/twsapi-doc/#api-introduction
  2. Dismiss the cookie banner.
  3. Reload the page a couple of times.

Expected Behavior:
The text is loaded correctly.

Actual Behavior:
Text blinks twice when page is reloaded/accessed.

Notes:

  • Reproduces regardless of the status of ETP
  • Reproduces in Firefox Nightly, Firefox Release
  • Does not reproduce in Chrome
