Steps to reproduce

1. Reach the payment form on www.jamtangan.com
2. Click on the CVV field
3. Click on the Expiry date field
4. Click on the CC number field and select an entry from the autocomplete dropdown

Expected result

1. The CC autocomplete dropdown should be displayed for the CC number and expiry date fields; No dropdown should be displayed for the CVV field.
2. The CC Capture doorhanger should be displayed upon manually submitting the form.

Actual result

1. The Manage Passwords dropdown is displayed for the CC expiry date and CVV fields; By autofill the fields (from the CC Number field), the expiry date is not correctly autofilled.
2. No doohanger is displayed upon manually submitting the CC form (See comment 1)

Regression range

• Not a recent regression.

Additional notes
Only the expiry date format issue is reproducible in Chome. Also the Clear Form dropdown is not displayed there (see comment 2 for Chrome behavior).
