Steps to reproduce:

In the browser, the "ask before opening" option is selected for the "open links in apps" setting.

Any website is opened that contains a hyperlink for which an installed app is responsible by default (e.g. YouTube). The link has the attribute that the target should be opened in a new tab / window.

Actual results:

The browser ignores the new window instruction when the user opens the link in the browser.

Expected results:

If the link is to be opened in the browser, the browser must follow the link instruction correctly.
