Replaces the Home Button with a New Tab button in the navigation toolbar. Clicking on the New Tab button will navigate to the Homepage, show the keyboard, and highlight address bar.

- Replaces the Home Button with a New Tab button in the navigation bar when the Homepage as a New Tab feature is enabled.
- Clicking on the New Tab button will create a new tab and navigate to the Homepage.
