Set release status flags based on info from the regressing bug 1901325

status-firefox127: --- → affected

I think this started permafailing because bug 1848226 isn't present in release so the test expectations were all wrong.
Since it got backed out from release, maybe we can close this?

Ed, can you make sure this is no longer a problem. If we still want to land the solarwinds fix we also need to update the WPT expectations for release.

We handled this as a part of the solarwinds work.
Indeed, the problem was that the test we introduced to verify the fix depended on bug 1848226, which is not yet on release.
See Bug 1901325 comment 23.
