build ID: 2003012308 on Linux.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Load URL http://www.mozilla.org/projects/xul/tests/buttons.xul
2. Doesn't render 'ok' 'cancel' buttons properly (end of page)
3. JS self-test shows "Failed the property test".
depends on bug 190257 ?
if it's a regression, it isn't new. This has failed for a long time.
According to bug 180450 comment 1, the tests are outdated.
