Preconditions:
Strict ETP enabled

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://www.hs.fi/maailma/art-2000010507123.html
2. Observe the page.

Expected Behavior:
The video gets displayed on the page.

Actual Behavior:
The video is missing, there's only a black screen as a placeholder.

Notes:

• Reproduces only with Strict ETP
• Reproduces in Firefox Nightly, Firefox Release
• Does not reproduce in Chrome

We have blocked the cdn.privacy-mgmt.com as an analytic tracker, which causes this issue. The cdn.privacy-mgmt.com is responsible for showing the cookie banner on the page. The video seems to depend on the script provided by cdn.privacy-mgmt.com, but I cannot find it because there is no relevant console message I could find. I think we cannot shim it without a significant engineering investment.
