I ran this test locally on different platforms, and it is not an Android-specific failure; the test fails on fission across other platforms as well.
We used to pass this test before fission, I am not sure if this is intentional after fission, and spec is also unclear. I filed bug 1925026. I think for now we could just mark the failure is expected on fission Android.
