1903926 - Cannot delete search suggestions from history

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:127.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/127.0

Steps to reproduce:

1. Customize the toolbar and add the separate Search bar.
2. Search for a term, such as "firefox".
3. Click on the search bar to reveal the search history. See "firefox" with a clock icon indicating it comes from history.
4. Select the "firefox" history item, either with down arrow or right-click.
5. Press delete or shift-delete to delete the search item.

Actual results:

The search item appears to have been deleted, but as soon as you bring up the search suggestions it returns.

Expected results:

The search item should be removed and not show up again.
