1904200 - Bookmark and History search is broken, unable to edit entries after search

Steps to reproduce:

• Go to the bookmarks or history activity.
• Press the search button.
• Type something to search for.

Actual results:

The search show "Firefox suggest" entries but not a results view of the search. I am unable to edit the bookmark or history entry on a results list. The result are displayed on a popup list like web search engines suggestions, but not as a a list to manipulate.

Expected results:

I don't know when the bookmarks and history search UI were converted to use the same web search engine UI, but when I search for a bookmark or history entry on these specific activities, it is because i want to remove or rename them, not to visit them.

When searching for bookmarks from these activities, not from the normal URL bar, I wish to have a result list on the screen not a popover that only allow me to visit the site. Now If I have too many bookmarks and I want to delete one, I need to search for it manually, or search and visit the site to remove it using the Edit bookmark button on the visited page. This can't be done on History entries, I can't visit it to remove them, I just have to search for it manually.

Let me add that the bookmark I wanted to remove now redirects to another page, so after visiting it I couldn't remove the bookmark since it isn't the same page. I had to enable airplane mode on my phone and then visit it, then get the no network error page and then remove the bookmark.

Bookmark and history editing should be possible after search.
