Steps to reproduce:

I am dragging an event around the time change from summer time to winter time.
The, an hour is substracted if it is before the change.

Reproduce:

1. Import the calendar in the ICS file.
2. See the calendar at Sun, Nov 1st 2020

3. move event 7 up one hour

Actual results:
