Having spoken with markh about this, backing this file up and moving it to a new profile is generally a bad idea. We shouldn't do that anymore. We'll probably want to generate a new signedInUser.json file instead for the new machine (otherwise FxA / Sync can get fairly confused about what profile it's talking to).
