Assuming the observer notifications for data channels in content processes become available in the parent process, we will still need to handle them in WebDriver BiDi, at least to add new tests.

Sorry I thought I had moved the bug already, this should belong in remote/bidi.

In the end everything was handled in Bug 1903060. But since the other bug has points assigned on Necko side, I suggest to keep this one and close it as fixed.
