Details

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Install an older version of Firefox.
  2. Flip browser.cache.disk.enable to false.
  3. Update Firefox and restart.
  4. Check the browser.cache.disk.enable value.

Actual result:
The value is reverted to true.

Expected result:
The value should stay false.

I guess this is an intentional feature, but filing this anyway for the record.
