In https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D214438 @kpatenio recommended moving file size and directory size code/logic out of the BackupResource module and into the shared MeasurementUtils module in the backup component. Since the BackupResources and BackupService now need access to this logic, it makes less sense for BackupResource to keep owning file size/directory size code.
