When i trie to install a extention (tried several inlcuding tab browsing) i get
an pop-up warning window with the msg "c is not a registered protocol".
The extention is not visible in the list after restarting the browser. This
happens with Phoenix nightly build from 23 Jan 2003

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to extentions page
2. Click on a install extention
3. And POP the pop-up is there

There is no Phoenix 20030123 nightly build for Windows as there is a problem
with the Windows build machine, and, besides, your UA identifies your build as
being from the 20th. The fix for this bug has already been checked in and we're
awaiting the fixing of the Windows build machine.
