Steps to reproduce

1. Launch a browser with an RTL language that is supported: Persian (lang code: FA) and access a Persian (Arabic) page from wikipedia:
   https://fa.wikipedia.org.
2. Make sure the feature is enabled:
   browser.translations.select.enable = true
3. Minimize the Firefox window a little bit.
4. Select a piece of text, open the context menu and select the Translate option.
5. Try another source language and click on Translate button, this must be repeated until the resizer appears.
6. Interact with the resizer.
7. Observe the Select Translations panel.

Expected result

• The Select Translations panel not jumps, it must remain fixed when interacting with the resizer and the buttons remain visible all the time.

Actual result

• The Select Translations panel jumps when interacting with the resizer, moreover the buttons disappear and reappear.

This is a really interesting case! Thank you for finding this and filing it.

Unfortunately, it may be far too late in the beta to fix this exact case without fear of regressing something else.

What is QA's stance on if this were to remain unfixed in the initial release, and fixed in a follow-up?

This is an edge case so it will not affect the sign-off from a QA perspective.
