Bug 1838648 removed some extraneous scratch disks, skipped b-linux-gcp. I think it's time we removed those as well.
- we set up linear lvm on the scratch disks so effectively only use one, AIUI
- we boot a lot of these workers, local ssds aren't cheap, and we run out of quota reasonably often still
- some benchmarking I did a few months ago even with striping didn't show significant differences in io performance.
