Steps to reproduce:
- isntall https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/gem-devtools/
- visit https://frame.gemjs.org/
- open devtools -> choose Inspector panel -> sidebar gem panel
- select custom element
Actual results:
There are two scroll bars
Expected results:
only one
