Steps to reproduce:

  1. isntall https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/gem-devtools/
  2. visit https://frame.gemjs.org/
  3. open devtools -> choose Inspector panel -> sidebar gem panel
  4. select custom element

Actual results:

There are two scroll bars
