After adding PURGED_BOUNCETRACKER to GeckoView in Bug 1901808, investigate how to propagate this to fenix. There is also another TrackingProtectionCategory (searchfox) that we should see where that is being used. Also, we want to see what the discrepancy is between these categories and TrackingProtectionPolicy (searchfox).
